Barrière Entertainment reveals its artistic programme for the 2016 – 2017 season.

 

Barrière is a brand bursting with rich and multi-faceted delights presented in a collection of venues with their own unique personalities. This year, the Group is putting on another 3,000+ shows and events at its establishments as part of an increasingly bountiful and diverse entertainment programme.

 

You’ll find live shows of every type represented here: Theatre, Variety, Jazz, Dance, Opera, Comedy… Exclusive tours and 100% Barrière productions designed to promote, highlight and hone talent.

 

It is the first group of casinos to boast an Artistic Department. Over the years, the Barrière group has established itself as a serious player when it comes to shows and entertainment, recognised by the Minister of Culture for its professionalism and the quality of its offering. The Barrière group employs over 15,000 people - directly or indirectly - across all its artistic activities.

 

This new 2016 -2017 season promises to be both spectacular and original! The schedule is as varied as ever with an emphasis on comedy and variety acts.

 

Among the many comedians on the schedule are Alex Lutz, Olivier de Benoit, Mathieu Madenian, Christelle Chollet, François-Xavier Demaison, Marc-Antoine Le Bret, Anne Roumanoff, Dany Boon, Jarry, Stéphane Guillon, Manu Payet, Jeff Panacloc and Baptiste Lecaplain.

As for variety acts, Gérard De Palmas, Asaf Avidan, Thomas Dutronc, Alain Chamfort, Cock Robin, Les Innocents, Sinclair, Thomas Fersen, Frero Delavega, Lara Fabian, Daniel Guichard and Lilian Renaud will also be featured by Barrière Entertainment.

Dancing, magic and theatre are on the new season's artistic programme at Barrière establishments too. The “Je Vous Ecoute” play honoured by Fondation Barrière will be performed in Enghien-les-Bains, Lille and Toulouse.
