Barrière Catering

Thanks to a dedicated culinary laboratory, combined with a network of carefully selected suppliers and artisans, Barrière offers a top-of-the-range catering service that recreates the best of the Barrière experience for 10 to 1,000 people in the location of your choice.

Having provided the catering for its establishments’ finest events (Film Festivals, G7, G20, Women’s Forum…) Barrière has put its expertise to work and set up a catering service for special occasions and business meetings held at its venues.

As a first step, it was a natural fit for Barrière to establish a top-of-the-range catering service in Normandy, aimed at individual clients.


THE TEAM

The Barrière Catering team comprises 60 members of staff who plan, execute, and fulfil each part of the service on offer.

Trained in the finest restaurants, including Tables Barrière, the team operates under the shared values of Pleasure, Simplicity, Authenticity, Empathy and Quality. Chef Jean-Luc Mothu, who apprenticed under top Michelin-starred chefs, also honed his craft alongside renowned Parisian caterers.

A high-performance logistics operation, Barrière Catering has the capacity to organise multiple events across France, providing a service that guarantees discretion and efficiency from a team accustomed to running large events and prestigious receptions.


THE CULINARY LABORATORY

Located in Normandy, just a few kilometres outside of Deauville, the culinary laboratory meets all European health and safety standards. It features a Research & Development department that allows it to be proactive, creating bespoke dishes. Barrière Catering’s suppliers and partners guarantee freshness, quality and the provenance of each and every ingredient.


RENOWNED EXPERTISE

Barrière Catering offers the following services for events and receptions for however many guests:

  • Organisation of meals, cocktail drinks receptions and buffets, with décor. 
  • Provision of tableware and table decorations, bartending, waiting and wine-tasting activities
  • Welcoming clients, and providing cloakroom and security
  • Putting you in touch with quality providers of technical facilities: sound, lighting, video, photography, layout
  • Managing hotel reservations in Barrière establishments
  • Providing and booking reception areas both inside Barrière Hotels & Casinos, and in outside locations (chateaux, private homes, stud farms, distilleries…).


PRIVATE RECEPTIONS

We understand that these events are so highly anticipated and carefully prepared for that they have to be simply exceptional. That’s why Barrière Catering offers bespoke guidance through the organisation and design of meals, cocktail drinks receptions and buffets. Our Chefs will design personalised creations inspired by your preferences, tastes and seasonal produce.

BARTENDING & MIXOLOGY

Barrière Catering will also stage your bar area and provide portable bar counters. Classic, signature or innovative cocktails and alcohol-free cocktails, smoothies and other beverages served by our bartenders will surprise guests and pair wonderfully with the delicious food served. Naturally, Barrière will also recommend quality Champagnes, wines and spirits
