Whether you want to take a step back in a unique environment or organise a large-scale event, Barrière locations are first-class destinations for sustainable and environmentally friendly events and conferences. At its establishments, comfort is combined with bespoke touches to make every event a memorable occasion. The 186 meeting rooms can cater for ten to one thousand participants.


The Event and conference services bring together the very best of the Barrière experience in a host of easily accessible destinations: Deauville, La Baule, Dinard, Le Touquet, Paris, Enghien-les-Bains, Cannes, Lille, Ribeauvillé or even Marrakech. The casinos also have rooms available to hire, with a modular capacity of up to 1,200 people. The hotels – which are available for private hire – offer meeting spaces equipped with the latest communication and audiovisual projection technology.


Emblematic of this combination of comfort, proximity and welcoming spirit, the Resort Barrière Deauville, situated just two hours from Paris, brings together two casinos, two golf courses, three hotels, 43 conference rooms, a 400-seat Renaissance-style theatre and a 600-seat auditorium.


Fully adaptable to suit your needs


A single coordinator guides clients from the event planning stage to the final implementation. Three accessible, comprehensive and flexible packages are available to meet the requirements of every event. For food and refreshments, the participants have access to Les Tables Barrière and the services of Traiteur Barrière, a sustainable events specialist.


Clients can choose from a range of unique and original activities to suit to the conference aims. They include an introductory golf session, wine-tasting lessons, or cookery workshops. For a change of scene and to strengthen ties, organise more than a conference; plan a unique experience.



A sustainable events approach


Groupe Barrière has been committed to reducing its environmental impact for several years now. In 2020, it launched an ethical and sustainable events approach, setting up a steering committee comprised of many operational stakeholders and members of the business support division. Co-creating a strategy that was rolled out from 2021 through the sustainable MICE charter, each signatory establishment commits to respecting its principles and to fulfilling the accompanying action plan.

A first for a French hotel group, in 2023, Groupe Barrière made pivotal progress in the implementation of its «Planète Barrière» strategy by being awarded the ISO 20121 international certification. This international certification - obtained after an independent audit - allows the group to ensure that the events and shows organised by their establishments are sustainable, in accordance with initiatives to reduce their impact on the environment.
