Hospitality as a legacy

A historic pillar of the Group alongside hotels and gaming, Barrière's restaurants embody a lively, elegant classicism, driven by a taste for novelty and a respect for beauty and goodness.

The Group's second largest business in terms of turnover, this activity is brought to life by more than 3,000 passionate employees, including 150 chefs, through a multitude of culinary experiences: from Michelin-starred restaurants to contemporary brasseries, from popular cafés to exclusive dinners. Each location cultivates the French art of hospitality in its own way, offering a chic, generous and sometimes festive experience that is always timeless.

Between iconic destinations and new capitals

Our restaurants shine in unique locations by the sea, in cities or in the mountains, at the heart of iconic French destinations such as Paris, Courchevel, Cannes, La Baule and Deauville, and internationally with establishments in Marrakech, New York, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Saint Barthélemy and Switzerland.

The Group also cultivates strong partnerships with the best players in the restaurant industry, including Beefbar in Saint-Barth (Giraudi Group) and Noto in Deauville (Moma Group).

Barrière also invests in catering companies that are in tune with the times, such as the Loulou group in 2025 as a majority shareholder, and the establishments of entrepreneur Christophe Adam: Éclair de Génie and Dépôt Légal, which are present in a dozen countries internationally and are growing rapidly.

Creating brands, bringing experiences to life

Barrière also has the ability to create, promote and develop iconic brands: the legendary Fouquet's, with its exclusive private club in Paris, New York and Dubai; the revival of the Ciro's seaside concept, historically based in Deauville and now also in La Baule and Cannes on the Majestic beach.

The Barrière bar experience is not to be outdone, with our hotel bars becoming places to live and breathe in their own right – the Titsou in New York, the Bar du Majestic in Cannes, the Bar du Normandy in Deauville and the Bar du Royal in La Baule.

Each location tells a story, designed as a complete experience: cuisine, décor, service, atmosphere and tableware. Every detail is carefully thought out.

Casino catering is not to be outdone with the creation of the Chérie Cherry concept, a French-style pub rolled out in the group's largest casino in Enghien-les-Bains and at the Cannes casino.

The Barrière Group aims to promote a more sustainable catering model that combines pleasure, quality and respect for the environment by offering its guests local and seasonal products, as well as vegetarian dishes.
