The Barrière Group is launching its recruitment campaign for the 2025 summer season. As every year, nearly 1,300 seasonal workers are being sought in France to reinforce the teams at its iconic establishments in Cannes, Deauville, Trouville, La Baule, Le Touquet, Dinard, Biarritz, and its casinos in the south-east.
All of the Group's activities are involved in this major recruitment campaign: hotels, restaurants, casinos, leisure, and wellness. The contracts offered are seasonal fixed-term contracts lasting between one and eight months, between April and October 2025.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced professional, Barrière is looking above all for motivated candidates who are passionate about the service industry. This recruitment campaign is a unique opportunity for candidates to discover the world of the Group and gain valuable experience with a major player in the sector.
A dedicated integration and training program
Joining Barrière also means benefiting from personalized support. The Group draws on its expertise in training and is committed to supporting seasonal workers throughout their career. Campus Barrière offers training courses delivered by experienced professionals to pass on the know-how and values that have made the Group renowned for over a century.
At the end of the integration and training program at each site, new recruits will join the teams to offer customers an exceptional experience and introduce them to the French art of living.
Barrière is committed to its seasonal workers
Barrière works hard every day to support its employees and does everything possible to offer its seasonal workers an optimal working environment:
Accommodation available at certain destinations,
Referral and loyalty bonuses,
Exclusive benefits with local businesses,
Activities and events organized throughout the season.
This HR policy is paying off: a quarter of the seasonal workers recruited each year have already worked for the Group. This figure demonstrates the Barrière Group's appeal as an employer and its ability to offer enriching and unique professional experiences.
