Acquisition of the shares is in line with the group’s transformation and diversification strategy, headed up by Alexandre Barrière, at that time Strategy & Development Managing Director, with Julien Huel, Deputy Strategy & Development Managing Director, allowing Barrière to enhance its food & beverage offering.
