Casino Barrière Saint-Malo: a new public service delegation for ten years
On June 26, 2025, the Saint-Malo City Council renewed the public service delegation (DSP) for the casino to the Barrière Group for a period of 10 years. This renewal marks the continuation of a historic partnership between the City and the Group, which began after the casino was rebuilt following World War II, and illustrates their shared desire to promote the establishment with a renewed offering of games, shows, and entertainment.

This new public service delegation is an opportunity to continue this history and write a new chapter together, focused on modernization, local appeal, and innovation,” said Clément MARTIN SAINT LÉON, General Manager of Casinos for the Barrière Group.
This renewal is accompanied by the appointment of David Dupas as General Manager of Casino Barrière Saint-Malo from April 1, 2025, with over 30 years of experience within the Barrière Group. His in-depth knowledge of the sector and his commitment to operational excellence will support this new phase of strategic development.
