VIP & Loyalty

The Barrière group has introduced a customer relationship programme, Le Carré VIP Barrière, to recognise and reward the loyalty of its clientèle. It will allow visitors to Casinos Barrière to enjoy exclusive benefits and win points to convert into special offers during their visit.

For fans of its Casinos, Barrière has created the Le Carré VIP Barrière, a loyalty scheme to reward players. For every euro spent on the slot machines or exchanged for chips for the games table, points can be collected to convert into prizes - anything from games vouchers to Hôtel Barrière stays. All the rewards are detailed on the interactive terminal and exclusive area designed for Le Carré VIP Barrière card holders.

By collecting points, card holders can improve their loyalty rating (white, silver, gold then black) and take advantage of an increasing number of offers and exclusive privileges. On enrolment, they can enjoy easy access to the games room and a complimentary glass of Le Fouquet’s champagne. By winning and accumulating points, they can then take advantage of ever more unusual benefits, such as: an express bar service to the slot machines, queue jumping, discounts in the bars and restaurants, a special birthday offer, etc.

A wide range of privileges can be accessed in increments of 10,000, 100,000 and 400,000 points collected over a maximum of 12 months.

Successfully tested since 2014 at Casinos Barrière in Lille, Blotzheim and Ouistreham, the Le Carré VIP Barrière loyalty scheme will be introduced to 8 new establishments this year1. Two subsequent phases will be rolled out in 2017 and 2018. Over time, Le Carré VIP Barrière will permanently replace the Casino Pass loyalty card. This new approach to loyalty puts the emphasis on the customer's activities with the number of points collected dictating their white, silver, gold or black status. Le Carré VIP Barrière also provides a clearer view of customer behaviour and casino use, which has benefits for optimising exclusive offers to reward them.

The Carré VIP scheme is evidence of the focussed attention the Group pays its most loyal customers, its willingness to reward them and to thank them from their very first visit. Casinos Barrière are establishments that people want to return to, where they feel welcome and are treated kindly in a homely atmosphere.
