Hôtel Barrière launches its mobile APP

Today, the Barrière group is launching a mobile app to ensure it continues to satisfy the needs of its guests, both before and during their stay.

Prior to guests’ arrival, the Hôtels Barrière app can be used to explore the Group's establishments, organise stays and plan transfers.

Over the course of any stay, the app will allow guests to view the restaurant’s menu, reserve a table, order room service and even book a treatment at the spa - all at the click of a button!

It will also be possible to speak with an establishment employee in real time from a hotel room, to ask advice from a concierge, request a towel from housekeeping or report a issue… This fun and intuitive app will facilitate real digital exchanges with Barrière employees.

Available for free download from the Apple Store and Google Play, it is also available for tablets. The app will evolve over time through regular updates.
