Set at the heart of Louvre in Abu Dhabi, this exceptional project - Fouquet’s 9 th Brasserie - is a symbol of openness to the world, promising a gourmet experience to be shared in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, in traditional Parisian brasserie style, whilst respecting the local culture.

Drawing inspiration from the museum’s elegant and artistic architecture, designed by Jean Nouvel, Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi will also remain true to the brand’s aesthetic codes with its unique ambiance and distinctive red leather armchairs. Created in conjunction with Chef Pierre Gagnaire, the menu will propose a number of Fouquet’s signature dishes, whilst adapting to the local culture and an international clientèle.

«The arrival of Fouquet's at Louvre Abu Dhabi is a milestone in the international development of the Barrière Group. Thanks to our strong iconic concept and our expertise, we are legitimate to associate ourselves with a place whose cultural and artistic value is well established.
