A flavoursome experience to share

The Hôtel Barrière Les Neiges Courchevel, the Group’s 1st mountain venture, boasts the perfect combination of Alpine tradition, thanks to its mountain architecture, and the excellence of the Barrière expertise.

True to its philosophy, the innovative Group offers sociable and flavoursome dining options to satisfy even the most exacting of tastebuds. Nestling on the Bellecôte run in Courchevel 1850, it offers a unique restaurant concept, thought up by Chef Mauro Colagreco: BFire.

Created as a result of a meeting between Dominique Desseigne and Mauro Colagreco, a young Italian’Argentinian Chef and rising star of the haute gastronomie, who was already heading up several restaurants (including the 2 Michelin-starred Mirazur, ranked 6th in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants), BFire is a unique culinary destination where sharing and enjoying Italian and Argentinian-inspired dishes are de rigueur.

This new dining concept, where generosity and a welcoming atmosphere are name of the game, combines the warmth of the ingredients and colours with the element of Fire, which is part and parcel of this culinary journey.

Comprised of 2 different dining areas, BFire is just as popular on the terrace at lunchtime as it is inside for dinner.

At lunchtime, the atmosphere on the terrace is relaxed; guests feast their eyes on the setting as much as the dishes.

Surrounded by fire pits and stunning views over the snowy slopes, diners enjoy a selection of specialities, with particular emphasis on slow cooking.

In the evening, the concept is even more defined as it adds an extra touch of refinement to the dishes. Discover a succint «sharing» menu or «just for me» menu, as well as a generous «celebration time» tasting menu; an avalanche of 7 gourmet dishes to share around the table.

Confit shoulder of lamb served with sweet potato, dates, walnuts and sesame sauce, squash salad - cooked on the wood fire and served with burrata and truffle shavings, churros with chocolate sauce, Dulce de Leche and vanilla-flavoured chantilly cream….a culinary experience that invites guests to share and enjoy life.

Set at the heart of Courchevel 1850, Les Neiges offers its guests the chance to embark on a genuine culinary escapade, discovering a wealth of new experiences. Under the guidance of Chef Eric Provost, BFire brings the warmth and generosity of Italian and Argentinian-inspired sharing dishes to the legendary resort of Courchevel for the first time ever.
