Le Fouquet’s Paris, an urban model

 

Located in the heart of Paris where the Champs-Elysées meets Avenue George V, Le Fouquet’s is a legendary brasserie that became a laid-back luxury retreat at the turn of the 21st century. This model is recommended for investors who want to create an exceptional urban destination managed by a prestigious brand. This is where you'll find Paris' soul.

  • 1 Presidential Suite (250 m2) with a view of the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe

The hotel, restaurant and bars, and the spa are closed for renovation from 2 January to 30 June 2017.


In late 2018, the establishment will open a new extension along the most beautiful avenue in the world with 19 new Rooms and Signature Suites offering exceptional views of the Champs-Elysées.

Les Neiges Courchevel, a special model

 

In December 2016, Barrière opened Hôtel Barrière Les Neiges at Courchevel 1850 – a legendary French ski resort popular with international guests. The establishment is situated at the foot of the famous Bellecôte slope, making it the first Barrière hotel in the mountains:
